Why Apply to Become a Research Assistant (RA)?
Research assistants in the PEARL Lab will acquire valuable knowledge and skills in conducting psychological research. RA's will have the opportunity to assist firsthand with projects related to workplace learning, employee assessment, selection, and organizational cybersecurity. These experiences help develop skills that apply to conducting research but more importantly are transferable across jobs and industries.

Applicant Qualificaitons

Students enrolled at Penn State University may apply to the PEARL lab to become RA's as either volunteers or for course credit.

Prior experience in psychology, related fields, and scientific research methods is helpful, but not required.

Students affiliated with other colleges or universities may also participate in the lab virtually.
